Recently applied to a position at the University?
If you submitted an application to the University prior to December 12, please login to Talent Center to verify that all of your information, and your application(s), is correct (especially your education and work experience). If you need to make any edits to your personal information, you can do so by clicking the arrow next to your name on the homepage and selecting "Profile" from the dropdown menu.
How do I get into my account on Talent Center?
Applicants who don't currently work at Pitt
If you don't currently work at Pitt and you submitted an application for a position at the University prior to December 12, you should have received an email on Monday, December 17 with your new login credentials and a temporary password for Talent Center (check your spam folder just in case!). Note: your old username and password from PittSource will not work in Talent Center.

Current University employees who submitted applications
If you are a current University employee who submitted an application prior to December 12, you can access a portal specifically designed for current employees at the University available through Pitt Passport/single sign-on.
Your applications are only accessible through the current employee portal using single sign-on. Your old PittSource username and password will not work and you should not create a new account in Talent Center to view your recent applications.
Questions about your account or applications?
If you have questions about your recent applications, cannot view your applications after logging in, or did not receive an email with your temporary password (external applicants only), please email HRCustomerSupport@pitt.edu or submit an inquiry online.
Talent Center for Managers
Hiring managers can access Talent Center for Managers for all of their recruiting, hiring, and onboarding needs. Login to Talent Center for Managers (using Pitt Passport/single sign-on) to create requisitions, view applicants for your available positions, generate offers, and more (note: due to flash requirements, please use Internet Explorer to access Talent Center for Managers).
