Some of you might be familiar with PittSource, the University's previous employment system. Talent Center takes the place of PittSource and offers an incredible number of new features, including: a streamlined application process with resume parsing, real-time application statuses and notifications, and integrated onboarding processes.

Talent Center also offers you the ability to create job alerts based on your interests so that you can stay informed of the latest job opportunities at Pitt. Talent Center launched in December 2018.
